Reschedule or cancel for free using the link in your confirmation email. If you paid by card, the full amount is refunded automatically. If you used a package, the session goes back to your package.
Less than 24 hours before your appointment
Appointments can't be rescheduled or cancelled online. The session price is non-refundable, and a package session is used. To ask about changes, call us at (857) 347-1454.
No-shows
The full session price is charged, and a package session is used.
Tips
Tips are always refunded if you cancel or miss your appointment.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive within 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Couples massage
Only the person who booked can reschedule or cancel.
Classes
Yoga and Sound Healing follow the same rules. If we cancel a class, you get a full refund automatically.
